JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated person to join our team part-time. Your main tasks will include reaching out to past prospects and new leads through calls, texts, and emails to find inside sales opportunities. You’ll help manage accounts, do some data digging, and keep things organized. We want someone who’s a team player and ready to go the extra mile to help us grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Outreach to potential customers via phone, text, and email
- Identify opportunities to help further benefit existing customers by providing better coverage options
- Keep track of customer info and update our database
- Help manage accounts and support the sales team
- Stay organized and communicate well with others
- Bring good energy and go beyond just the minimum expectations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable making calls and sending messages to potential customers
- Organized and able to handle multiple types of tasks throughout the day
- A team player who’s willing to learn and grow with our agency
- No previous license or insurance experience needed — we’ll provide all the necessary training!

- Our office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a third generation State Farm agent.
- We currently have 13 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
